Today, while it started out kinda sad, has been a good day. I am currently in food coma status… trying to eke out this entry while feeling so deliciously full from Fettucine. I got the recipe from The Pioneer Woman who has got to be my blogging hero. I just added grilled chicken to it because MEAT.
The recipe for alfredo is crazy easy. I can’t believe how easy it is to make. I think it’ll become my go-to lazy chef meal.
I start the boiling water for the pasta as soon as I start grilling the chicken BTW.

I try and mix the cream and butter until it’s so mixed, you can’t tell where the butter starts and the cream begins. So I try my best for all the oily parts to say sayonara.

Amazingly cheesy. Though next time, I’ll do a parmesean/romano mix like I did the first time I tried this.
